Return Process

  Notify our horticultural experts within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item or report a quality issue.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack the items in their original breathable packaging to ensure the roses remain protected during transit.

  Return Authorization

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a healthy replacement plant.
